1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time

Order Cut-off Time:
5:00 PM PST (GMT−08:00) — Monday to Friday

Handling Time:
1–3 Business Days (Monday – Friday)


3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times

All delivery estimates are based on business days (Monday – Friday).

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your package arrives safely:

  • UPS

The shipping carrier is automatically selected based on the delivery destination and package size.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s tracking portal.


6. Address Accuracy

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

Glorytic is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by customers.


7. Cancellations & Modifications

We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

12-Hour Cancellation Window

You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

How to Cancel

Please contact us immediately at support@glorytic.com with your order number in the subject line.

Shipping Phase

Once an order has entered the shipping phase or has been handed over to USPS, FedEx, or UPS, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

In such cases, customers may follow our standard return process after delivery.


8. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date.

9. Prices & Currency

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
